Aster 180C	:	the most compact sewing machine in Aster's range. It offers most of the features found on larger Aster models and has a maximum mechanical speed of 180 cycles per minute.

Book Sewing System
Uniplex	:	is Meccanotecnica smallest line for automated gathering and sewing. It is ideally suited for production of books composing of up to 12 signatures. Owing to the short distance between loading and unloading design, this enable the system to be operated by just one person.
Multiplex SA	:	a super-automatic version of the most popular gathering and sewing lines on the market which sets the standard for efficiency, reliability and ease of use for the automated sewing lines. Thanks to its modular build design, the lines can be tailored according to individual requirement.
Magix SA	:	enables sewing on an even larger scale than Multiplex SA. It not only performs in-line gathering and sewing, it can also automatically unload sewn book blocks and convey to an automatic palletizer or back-gluing machine and can be extended at a later stage.
Bombax-Bombix	:	is a fully automated gathering and sewing lines for high volume production where utmost care is taken to guarantee maximum build quality, reliability and durability. Special Machine
Collmatic	:	is able to perform many kinds of inserting and tipping operations with signatures, endpapers and single sheets. It offers simple operation, quick make-ready and precise registration.
Lega	:	The Lega squeeze roller stacker is a universal delivery unit for folding machine. It delivers signatures in compact vertical piles which results in higher productivity and superior quality of the finished books.
Feedo	:	enable manual and in-line feeding of sewn book blocks into a back gluing machine.
Aster 51 x 44	:	The ASTER 51 x 44 is a fully automatic book sewing machine able to handle signatures of sizes up to 510 x 440 mm (spine x width). It also handles sizes as small as 150 x 120 mm, offering the same basic features and the same engineering quality found on top models of the Aster range.
Solution for POD
Kristec	:	A special "on-demand" book sewing machine. It can collate, fold and thread sew flat sheets coming from digital printing systems. It combines the convenience of short production run with the durability and lay-flat properties of thread sewing.
Legor - Aster	:	provides a direct connection between a digital web printing system and an Aster sewing machine. A simple disconnect mechanism on the Legor allows the Aster machine to run signature from conventional printing and folding systems.
Back Gluing Machine/Binder
Iglue	:	is used for back gluing and lining of sewn book blocks with the option of drawing on soft covers. It produces book blocks that are ready to be delivered to a three-knife trimmer, a palletizer or a casing-in line.
Signature Recognizing System
SignaLynx	:	is a signature recognition system developed by Meccanotecnica. It is based on the new "Artificial Vision" technology that offers a higher degree of accuracy even with text signatures only.
